16. Does UDC assist with builder selection and management?

Yes. We are a full service architectural firm. We will assist our clients in builder/ contractor and/or sub-contractor screening, selection and management. We also conduct contract administration, manage the construction process from start to finish and schedule and administer site quality assurance inspections. In some cases, we can also utilize our construction division for residential construction, though this will have to be scheduled in advance and is dependent on availability.
