Yes. Almost any space arrangement and/ or floor plan can be adapted to a sustainable zero energy design. It is important to state that the final design solution will need to react to the specific geographic site, but for the most part the floor plan will be 95%+ the original floor plan. UDC does use a design program for specific building types that will allow our buildings to have the highest flexibility and resale value to the end user. Any floor plan brought to us will be modified to meet these design standards.
