18. Can clients be involved in the construction?

Yes. We encourage our clients to participate in both the design and construction elements. Cost has always been a concern and will be in the future, we understand that if the home owner would like to accomplish specific areas of the construction that they may be skilled in to reduce cost; that is a good thing. However, we will insist that the home owner be able to complete the element in a timely manner or according to the finalized construction schedule which is strictly enforced by our project managers.
