How Zero Energy Design works.

Research & Development.

24. Does UDC design and/or build outside of Texas?

Yes. We have architects licensed in the following states: Texas, New Mexico and  Oklahoma with licensing pending in New York and Nebraska. Most commercial projects will require a licensed architect & Engineer to draw and oversee the construction in all states. There are no geographic barriers as we are able to attain licensure in any state. Few states require licensing or registration to practice residential architecture. We can design homes virtually anywhere in the United States. Email us for more information and guidance on this at zeroenergyhome@udcinc.org or contact one of our offices.
