8. Can I select specific appliances and fixtures without jeopardizing energy performance?

YES. We design our buildings according to the clients electricity needs. UDC uses an integrated approach to building design. What that means is that the client has a great amount of flexibility to explore and select specific types of appliances, fixtures and electrical devices. UDC architects and engineers will develop and design solutions that will compensate for their use to still achieve the desired energy performance up to or exceeding a zero energy stance for the building.
