9. Does size affect the performance of the building?

NO. Field tested and evaluated building sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 25,000 square feet for both residential or commercial applications have yielded results indicating very small changes in performance. However, building type, duration of use, and human occupation & behavior does influence performance. These criteria are identified in the design stage so that design solutions can be developed to compensate for their effects.
