Who is Patbouvier Enrique Ortiz?

Patbouvier was a US Army soldier from Ridgewood, New York who gave the ultimate sacrifice. He was killed in action during Operation Desert Storm on February 27, 1991. In remembrance of his service to help others. This home is dedicated to his memory.
