Brad Burkholder Bio

Brad was raised in a small town in South Texas. After graduating from Jourdanton High School, Brad enrolled at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

In 1999 Brad graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Science with an emphasis in Biology and a Minor in English.

Brad accepted a job in San Antonio Area where he worked in the concrete cutting industry. His experience includes the design, manufacturing, and implementation of innovative techniques and machinery.

After four years of working closely with area home builders, Brad started his own general contracting company. During this time period, Brad learned the intricacies of commercial / residential design and construction management.

Brad returned to the concrete cutting industry a few years later to work once again for his previous employer to manage the San Antonio Area, during which time the company sustained substantial growth in both infrastructure and revenue. In total Brad has more than 10 years experience in management and estimating.

Brad joined UDC in January 2009 to manage and grow the construction management division.
