After being approached by the Lubbock Community Development department in 2006, a collaborative engagement begun to explore the feasibility of adapting UDC’s Universal Home™ enhanced high performance design strategies into a Low to Moderate Income (LMI) concept home configuration that could be produced for community revitalization purposes.
